摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展，体育的高速发展，使得各大高校协会的人数越来越多，给高校的协会管理带来了一定的压力，因此需要一个较好协会系统来满足高校的需求。
管理信息系统是先进的科学技术和现代管理相结合的产物，建立以计算机为主要手段的管理信息系统，已成为现代高校协会提高自身管理能力、实现组织的战略目标。因此，为满足协会的需要，提高管理效率，从而以校排球队为例，开发本系统。
本系统主要研究校排队的记录入库，数据查询。根据校排队的需要，确定新系统要实现六个基本功能：用户管理、名册管理、简单查询、高级查询、档案管理、输出报表。系统采用了C/S的形式，用户只需打开系统，登录系统进行相应的操作，实现了不同校区之间的联通管理。
该系统利用先进的计算机技术和现代网络的快速高效的优势，以及成熟的软件开发工具可以更加方便快捷地进行管理信息系统的开发和管理。该系统在实际运行后，可以涵盖校排队人事管理过程中的绝大部分工作，提高了数据处理的准确性和数据查询的速度，使校排球队管理的工作效率可以得到明显的提高，同时为校排球管理节约了大量的人力、物力和财力。

Abstract
With the  rapid development of Chinese economic and  the sports, the number of  associations members in colleges and universities is greater and greater.And this bring a certain amount of pressure to the Association of Universities ,so we need a better system to meet the needs of the Association of Universities. Management Information System is an advanced scientific technology and modern management of the combined product , which is established with a computer as the primary means. It has become the  modern universities’ strategic objectives  to improve their management capacity and achieve the Organization.Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the Association and  improve the management efficiency , here takes the school volleyball team as an example to explore the system.The system is mainly on the queue record storage, data query. According to the needs of the school volleyball, the new system achieves six basic functions: User Management, the roster management, simple query, Advanced Search, file management, and output statements.System uses the C / S in form. Users can simply open system, log in the corresponding operating system and then realize the unicom management between different campus .With the uses of advanced computer technology , rapid and efficient advantages of modern network ,and the maturity of software development tools, the system can be more convenient and efficient in exploring and managing the information systems .In the actual operation of the system,  most work of the school personnel management can be covered .This improve the accuracy of the data processing and rapid the speed of data query, so that the efficiency of the school volleyball team management can be significantly improved, at the same time , a lot of manpower, material and financial resources can be saved
