基于PLC的智能炉温网络控制系统

摘  要：当今社会，信息技术迅猛发展，已经深入到各个领域，对传统的监控模式产生了极大的冲击和影响。PROFIBUS现场总线技术以其结构简单、费用低、易于维护、可靠性高、开放性等多种优势日渐成为自动化领域的热点，并以其诸多优点在工业监控领域引起了一场划时代的变革。本文首先介绍了现场总线的发展现状,连接智能现场设备和控制设备的双向数字通讯技术，现场总线具有开放性和互操作性，一些控制功能得以下移到现场设备中，然后对PROFIBUS现场总线技术进行了详述。最后详细介绍了它的网络结构和软硬件设计，并对其中的一些主要的控制问题进行了研究。

Abstract: Current society, the information technology is developed rapidly, has already got deeply to each field, have produced great impact and influence to the traditional control mode. PROFIBUS on-the-spot bus with their of simple structure , expenses low easy to maintain , dependability high , opening ,etc. many kinds of advantage become focus of automatic field day by day technology, control with a great deal of advantage its field cause a epoch-making change in industry. This text has introduced the current situation of the development of the on-the-spot bus at first, connect the on-the-spot equipment of intelligence and two-way digital communication technology of controlling the equipment, bus live have opening and person who operate each other, some control function must following to move get on-the-spot equipment, then detailed to PROFIBUS on-the-spot bus technology. Network structure and software and hardware introducing it in detail finally are designed, and carried on research to some main control problems among them .
