机加工自动线PLC控制系统设计

摘要：本设计主要介绍了系统的机械和液压原理、设计要求、控制方案的确定、硬件设计、软件设计系统调试等几个部分。硬件设计介绍了主电路设计和控制电路的设计。主电路由八台电动机组成，液压电机和冷却泵电机由继电器控制，各动力头控制电机由PLC控制，PLC控制系统完全按照机加工自动线的工艺与要求设计研制的。

The hardware is designed and introduced the main circuit design and design of the control circuit. The main circuit is made up of eight motors, the hydraulic pressure electrical machinery and electrical machinery of coolant pump are controlled by the relay, Every power head control electrical machinery control by PLC, PLC control system design and develop according to machine tooling craft and request of transfer machine totally.
