机加工自动线PLC控制系统设计
摘要:本设计主要介绍了系统的机械和液压原理、设计要求、控制方案的确定、硬件设计、软件设计系统调试等几个部分。硬件设计介绍了主电路设计和控制电路的设计。主电路由八台电动机组成,液压电机和冷却泵电机由继电器控制,各动力头控制电机由PLC控制,PLC控制系统完全按照机加工自动线的工艺与要求设计研制的。 关键词:机加工;自动线;可编程序控制器 Machine tooling PLC control system of transfer machine design
