基于DSP无刷直流电机调速系统设计
摘要:本课题分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理并提出了无刷直流电机速度控制系统的设计方案。文中首先对直流无刷电机的基本组成环节、基本工作原理作了详细的介绍,分析了直流无刷电机的换相过程和PWM信号的分配情况,接着论述了TMS320LF2407 DSP控制器的特点及其在直流无刷电动机调速系统中的作用。在此基础上,提出了基于DSP技术的有位置传感器调速系统的设计方案,并进行的系统软件设计。软件部分首先论述了整体设计方案,然后对系统的位置检测、速度检测、电流检测、换相机理、PWM信号产生和键盘控制等方面进行了详细的论叙,使设计方案达到了设计任务的要求。 关键词:直流无刷电机;TMS320LF2407;位置传感器;DSP
Design on the Speed Control System for Brushless DC Motor Using DSP
Abstract: This thesis presents the theory of the sensor BLDC motor and brought forward the project of the designing on the speed control system for BLDC motor using DSP. It is first expounded that the basic component part, the basic running principle of the BLDG motor. Followed, it analyses the course of changing phase and distributing of PWM signal. Then, we talk about the specialty of controller TMS320LF2407 and function of it. Based on these facts, we present the sensor solution for BLDG motor, design the software system. The part of software design first discusses the whole design. Then some problems on software realization are dissertated, for example: position detection, velocity detection, circuit detection, the principle of the change of phase, the PWM signal generate and the keyboard control, etc. The control system studied in the paper meets the mission requirement.
