摘   要

我国古代有很多描写三国的文学作品，例如：陈寿的《三国志》；罗贯中的《三国演义》；苏东坡的《大江东去》；关汉卿的《单刀会》等等。在这些描写三国事件的所有文学作品中，孙权都是个必不可少的人物。三国之一的吴国：论地域，初时仅据有会稽、吴郡、丹阳、豫章、庐陵六郡，人口稀少，土地有限；论谋臣武将，不如曹操众多；论兵力，不过曹操的十分之一。东汉末年，孙权能够在父兄的基业上，势单力薄的情况下，建立了一个雄踞江东的政权，笔者认为主要是善于用人。由于孙权能够“唯推诚信士，不恤人我欺”。发挥众人的长处，听取多方面的意见，通过主观的努力，克服客观上的弱点，使战局由表面上的被动转为实质上的主动，从容地应付危局，从而在关键性的事件中发挥主导作用，形成了三足鼎立的格局，使得吴国政权存在近百年之久。探索孙权用人的艺术，笔者认为有尊重老臣、大胆用人、不随意诛杀臣属这三个特点。用人之道即成功之本，探讨孙权在用人方面策略和成效，以便读者能够更好的理解“孙权”这一人物形象。
