摘   要

在《红楼梦》描写的多个人物形象中,王熙凤的管理艺术是人们争论的话题。本文提出对于王熙凤的管理术,应该辨证分析。从王熙凤指出宁国府的五大弊端及采取的一系列措施上，我们可以看出一些值得我们借鉴的管理之道。然而，结合当今社会的实际情况，仔细分析，不难发现其管理存在以下弊端：管理措施的局限性；管理权威的依赖性；自身管理素质的缺陷。所以，对于王熙凤的管理术我们应该理性的对待，从得失中总结其经验教训。
