30万吨/年焦化厂焦炉煤气净化回收车间设计
摘要:本设计是30万吨/年焦化厂焦炉煤气净化回收车间设计。根据安石集团焦化厂焦炉煤气净化回收工艺的现有技术及其存在着的问题,如脱氨效率低,粗苯回收不达标,萘未进行处理,脱硫设施停用等,在比较了几种传统工艺流程和国内外先进技术的基础上,提出了合理的煤气净化工艺技术路线,设计出了一套适合大型焦化厂的煤气净化工艺。
设计中采用生产浓氨水的煤气净化回收工艺流程,对煤气净化处理的主要构筑物及设备等进行了选型和计算,绘制了煤气净化回收工艺流程图、平面布置图、主要设备单件图等。使粗煤气中粗苯回收率达到80%以上,煤焦油回收率达到95%以上,净化后的煤气质量达到国家城市燃气质量标准,同时产生了良好的经济效益.

The design for a purifying and recycling plant of the coke oven gas in the coking factory with 300,000t/a
Abstract: This design is established for 300,000 t/a coking plant coke gas purification and recycling workshop . According to the An Shi Group coking plant coke gas purification and recycling craft’s existing technology and the problems it have, such as low efficiency delinking ammonia, raw benzol recovery is not required, naphthol has not carried on processing and desulfurization facilities suspended. Furthermore, On the basis of the comparison to several traditional crafts and domestic or foreign advanced technology, the design makes a eatimation to the rationality of the the processes flow of coke gas purification and redycling , proposes a suitable craft for the large-scale coking plant .
The design adopt concentrated ammonia water purification recycling craft. The choice and calculations of the main construction and equipment are made, and also the flow chart, graphic layout plane, the main equipment single unit chart. After the purification, it Enables the crude benzene returns-ratio to achieve above 80%, the coal-tar oil returns-ratio achieve above 95%, the quality of the purified gas achieve National city fuel gas quality standard, simultaneously has a good economic efficiency.
